Gholson will have an election for 3 positions on the City Council-

 

Seat 2, currently filled by Holley Herwig
Seat 3, currently filled by Jonathan Spence
Seat 4, currently filled by Tommy Buzbee

Requirements
• be a citizen of the United States;
• be at least 18 years old on the date of the election; and
• be a registered voter and have lived in the State of Texas for at least 12
consecutive months prior to the filing date for the election, and in the City of Gholson for at least 6 months prior to the filing date for the election.

 

The deadline for application for a place on the ballot is February 14th, 2025.  The election will be held May 3rd, 2025.
